Label Tape Export

The label tape export feature generates a PNG image sized to print at exact physical dimensions on a Brother or compatible label printer. This produces a durable, waterproof sight tape that fits directly on your sight without trimming.

How to Export

Generate your tape as normal.
Click the 🏷 Label tape button below the tape preview.
Select your label width: 12mm, 18mm, or 24mm — choose whichever matches your label roll.
Click Download PNG. The file will save to your downloads.

Printing

Open the PNG in your label printer's software (e.g., Brother P-touch Editor, Brother iPrint&Label). Set the print size to actual size / 100% — do not scale or "fit to label". The image is pre-sized at 360 DPI to match the physical dimensions of the label.

Note: Web browsers cannot print directly to label printers via Bluetooth or USB. You need to open the downloaded PNG in the printer's own software on your computer or phone to print it.

Label Sizes

12mm — fits narrow tape slots, compact sight bars
18mm — good all-round size for most hunting sights
24mm — extra wide, easier to read, fits larger sight windows

Tip: Use clear laminated labels for a clean look that blends with the sight, or white labels for maximum readability in low-light conditions.
